Being a great fan of Poe, I was very skeptical…then the show started, and I forgot to be skeptical and just got caught up. I swear I feel like I just had a few drinks with Poe.
We were looking for something fun and different that appealed to a diverse group. The show was amazing. Everyone had a great time.

First mystery I’ve attended and it was awesome.
Poe’s Last Stanza as the anchor to this gem of an evening deserves repetition somewhere (or many wheres) in Baltimore, Poe’s final stomping grounds. If you were not among the fortunate 75 or 80 people to have enjoyed its debut, you have missed a rare treat. And that’s a damned shame.

We were a little worried about murder mystery for middle school students, but the cast did a great job of keeping the show age appropriate. I’ve never seen the students so engaged. They loved the interaction. They are still talking about the show and asking when we can have murder mystery for another Monthly Arts Event.

Damn. These guys know how to put on a show.
I’ve never seen our team so invested at any other company event. The actors were hilarious and great at interaction. The custom touches in the script were amazing. This was an unqualified success.

If there was more theatre like Poe’s Last Stanza, there’d be a lot more theatre-goers.
Good food and strong characters in an interactive environment combine to make “Drop Dead, Gorgeous!” …a show to die for.

When will there be another show like this…Nevermore
